In issue 9 Beradi illustrates the Muscle Bilding Pyramid. The bottom of the pyramid is split into 3. Does this mean 6-11 of each thing or 6-11 total. Thanks.
Servings are not listed. The bottom of the pyramid are the base and should make up the bulk of your diet. You have to figure out how much that is according to your size, goals, etc.
The servings are listed on the previous page bro, just not matched correctly with the MMuscle building pyramid.
