Papa John's 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I know it’s still far from healthy, nutritious food. But it could be a lesser-evil when you want to have a cheat meal.

Papa John’s is now offering a 100% whole wheat crust on all large pizzas ($11.99). One slice has 5g of dietary fiber as opposed to the standard 2 grams. It is also lower in sugar, sodium and calories than the standard dough pizzas. I haven’t tried it yet, but it sounds great.

Just a heads up.

If I am going to have pizza for a cheat meal I get a Papa Murphy’s Delite. Half of a large is only 700-950 calories depending on what you get.

If anyone tries a a new Papa John’s pizza let us know if it is edible.

Whole wheat on that will make very minimal difference, and I’d bet the WW is still processed to high heaven

that being said, Papa Johns is the best delivery pizza there is

Papa Johns isn’t good pizza.

Now that I look at it, that’s really not much less than a piece of regular crust pizza. Just more fiber. Oh well, looks like there’s still no such thing as a somewhat healthy slice of pie from a chain pizza place. Nice try, Papa John’s.

Yeah if it’s fiber you want just get a regular pizza and throw some psyllium husk powder on it. Mmmmmmmmm…

look at the ingredient list, it reads like an experiment rather than a meal
