Starting Jim Wendler’s Beyond 5/3/1 programme. Going to be running it for the full 20 weeks.

Maxes -

Deadlift - 160kg
Bench - 85kg
Squat - 110kg
Overhead Press - 60kg

Training maxes - 90 % of max

Deadlift - 145kg
Bench 77.5kg
Squat 100kg
Overhead Press 55kg

Body Weight at the moment is 65kg.
