This is why you do a bb contest. After weeks of low carbs and non stop cardio, the week of the show arrives. You spend the first 4 days carb depleting, then comes Friday, the most glorious day on the planet. Carb load day. OH YEA! And what do you get to eat? Pancakes, delicious, wonderful, pancakes…or waffles…or both.

Oh yea then Saturday comes you do the show and go on about your biz.
