Palumbo Method vs. V-Diet


I'm looking to use one of these diets in July since my PCT will be over on the 1st. I know alot of people have had success with the V-Diet on this site.....I was leaning towards that but I've always had the Palumbo method in mind since the first day I ever considered BBing

So anyone tried either?

Pros and Cons of each?

I'm looking for an 8 week July-August thing here so I was thinking the P would be better suited for a longer diet. Right? Isnt the V-Diet only 4 weeks?

or Could I benefit from using the V-Diet as a bridge into the Palumbo and just use the 2 together for a 12 week total?
