Depending upon your goals I would watch yogurt even the greek kind. If you are insulin sensistive you should be fine but if your insulin resistant you could be in for fat gain or slower results.
Also, carrots and almost all fruits will make you fat.
Comparing carrots and fruits to high glycemic yogurt is stupid. Im just saying for the insulin resistant or those who don’t tolerate dairy well, yogurt or other dairy products may cause problems.

Nate Miyaki has some interesting articles on this topic, and proposes a sort of athletes-adjusted paleo style, which as name suggests is paleo with tactically added carbs like oats, potatoes and rice and other such recovery beneficial foods. Its a principle i follow to great effect. Follow paleo on principle, the say no to processed foods concept is great, but it aint scripture.

Also read the book ‘wheat belly’. Have to say dropping wheat completely has probably made more noticable and rapid physique and health improvements than anything else i do in or out of the gym.

Glycemic load of:
Greek style Yogurt- 5
Carrots- 3
Bannana- 18

Don’t Lump dairy intolerance in with glycemic load and don’t lump plain Greek yogurt in with that shit kids eat out of the tube.

Sell crazy some place else, where all stocked up here.
