Palatinose Info Brochure

I know some people have been searching for info on the carbohydrate Palatinose, so here’s a link to the brochure:

It looks like it’d be a useful additional to a mass gaining diet if you have trouble getting enough carbs in, but it depends on the fructose content because fructose can only be broken down in the liver and the liver can only store a very small amount of glycogen, so large amounts of palatinose could lead to lots of fat gain. I’ve emailed the producers to find out how and will post their response.

Cool, thanks for digging up the brochure. I’m just going to mentally replace it with “slow sucrose” in my mind from now on.
