So basically I have been getting pain in my upper butt. Whenever I am bent over for deadlifts or RDL and I squeeze my glutes I feel a sharp pain right between my upper butt. During the exercise I don’t feel anything, but right after is when I feel pain. I was getting this same pain with back squats so I decided to do front squats. It fixed the pain but I still notice it on DL AND RDL. Any suggestions?
See a chiropractor. Tell him/her about your issues. They not only help with joints, but also with muscles so they should be able to at least diagnose your issue. If anything at all, you will at least get everything else lined up right.
