So a few weeks ago I was doing some weighted pullups and all of the sudden I felt a muscle pull in my book. I literally could not train for a week. I went back and tried gripping a pullup bar and the pain was so bad I could not put my whole weight on it. its only pullups and rows that do this to me. Anyone have any idea what this is and anything I can do to fix it?
Rest!! Don’t train!
You will only make it worse, you probably strained those pull up muscles
can how perform the movements of a bicep curl without any pain? If it hurts you probably also tear your bicep tendon
