I am experiencing some pain in tibia/shin area (front part of the leg). It is more painful when climbing stairs/hiking etc. Lately I have put on around 10-15 lbs of mass. Did anyone else experienced such pain? Any exercise recoms?
I have noticed my upper shins are starting to hurt since I gained more weight. I assumed this was from me doing heavy leg extensions.
I don’t know how young cool is but I know n3wb is young from reading his log.(which I admire btw) I had Osgood Slaughter Disease when I was younger. Osgood Slaughter Disease is knee pain from basically a growth spurt. Hope this helps or maybe is close to what you’re dealing with.
Also this could be shin splits from running.
