Pain in the Knee!!

I need help. I jacked up my right knee doing a leg press warm ups in November. Don’t ask me how…
IT swelled up a little. Now its not swolen but it cracks and pops all the time, is weak as hell and when I squat down my knee joint feels like it will explode! It sucks bad. I don’t have health insurance so a doctor is out of the question for a while. Anyone know of any rehab exercises I can do to get my knee halfway back to normal?

If your knee swelled up a little and now it cracks and pops all the time, you may want to see a doc despite the cost. Because if there’s any structural damage, you won’t know unless you get it diagnosed properly by a doc.
