Long time lurker first time poster. I was hoping someone here can help me. The past two weeks when I have done my DL's as soon as I get to my working sets and really start to strain I get this building pressure where my spine connects to my skull. It moves quickly up the back of my head until becoming a pounding headache.
Then for the next 48 hours or so anytime I put real effort in the headache returns. Not sure what the hell it is but it's screwing up my training big time. The loads aren't overly heavy at all in fact on the DL's I went much lighter this week and it still happened. I believe my form is good but don't have video to show.
Any advice or suggestions would be really appreciated. I want to get back after it ASAP. If I posted this in the wrong spot I apologize.
