Pain in Spine is Preventing Training


I started bodybuilding 6 months ago -about 4 months in,something happened to my upper back and I've not been able to do any real lifting since-feels like I have someones knuckle diggin into my spine-has anyone experienced this and what was done to get rid of it? -I'm going to try and do very light lifting focusing on strenthening my middle back-

there's no way anyone can diagnose whatever the hell you have over the internet. Seeing a knowledgable professional is advised.

Did you do anything in your lifting to create this, you think? Were you deadlifting with a bent spine or something and hear a loud 'POP' or anything?
