A few month ago I noticed that I couldnt open my hand fully withoutfeeling a pull at the base of my ring finger(facing my pinky).
This past week I started getting pain at the top of my hand, wrist, and top of forearm. It is starting to affect my grip strength.
I have a desk job by the way. Anyone have an idea what it is?

Sounds posture related, do you use a computer mouse alot? Change your workstation up to make it more arm friendly.
