So for the past few days ive had a deep pain in my right forearm when lifting (especially when racking the weight, putting the weight down). My lifts are suffering from this as you can probabl imagine (less power coming from my right side during bench etc). It is now to the point where i lifted a jug of water to put in the water cooler and it hurt like hell. I didnt bang it or do anyhting out of the ordinary that should cause this.
A friend of mine said when he had something similar it was a calcium deposit but i figured i would ask on here anyway.
