Pain in Forearm after Heavier Weights

Hi guy’s i have a decent pain in forearm durning barbel curls and hammer curls problem started when my weights went up.
i post pixure where the pan is spotet and its only in one hand.
Second is i have big pump in forearms durning my exercises like pull ups / deadlift’s it feels like it gonna explode.
and sometimes i cant do propelly my other exercises.

Try doing some loaded wrist extension work: 1-3 sets of 15-30 reps a few times a week should help
