Pain in Elbow (Tendon) and Cycle

Well folks, I started my sustanon cycle yesterday, however, my tendon in elbow has been hampering me for a few weeks. I took off 4 days from the gym prior to first shot yesterday maybe to let it heal up. I can perform most exercises with little pain, however some I can’t do at all.

What do you all think is best? Let it heal up completely before continuing my cycle (only did 1 shot of 250mg yesterday) or continue on and work through the pain? I really don’t want to stop, however I’m thinking it may be best. Thoughts?

Can you give it one more week. And maybe do some light rehab style exercises with it?

Im not sure even how to rehab it, I injured it at work, picking up something in a strange postion with my arms out in front me. I try stretching my hand back and pushing it forward in the hopes of stretching the tendon out a bit, any idea on what may be helpful?

light lifting,tigerbalm,warm showers,ice when needed,tylonal, that kinda thing

giving it a week or 2 to rest it up shouldnt hamper yoru cycle.

work alot of legs while resting up your elbow.

do a search on google for best ways to heal up tendonitus and your set.

just dont “waste” your cycle time,but do go easy on your elbow you dont want that thing getting worse.
