I’ve been having some pain on the left heel (my weaker leg) when I target the calves. It’s a similar feeling like I’m using shoes that are not suited to me, but it’s not since I also have this feeling when barefoot.
I have 0 issue when I squat or dl, but I’m affraid my body avoids the pain by overusing other muscles.
I don’t know how it happened, I just noticed it when trying to work calves. it seems like a chronical situation. I would evaluate the pain at 4/10 when the left calf is in a streched position, 0/10 at resting position.
Did this happen to anyone?
Does anyone know what it could be?
Are there exercices that are suited to recover from such an issue?
