I just recently started doing front squats and afterwards for two days my clavicle and front delts were sore. Is this normal?
I noticed that I had less pain when doing a clean style as opposed to crossed, see which works best for you.
You will get conditioned to it very soon [ie. a week or two]. Try to get used to a clean style as it better keeps your shoulders where they ought to be. Also forces the bar off the clavicle if you do it right.
