I have always felt a little pain in the area that’s connecting the legs to the torso (near the groin area) when I started squatting with the empty bar. It used to dissipate once I warmed up, but it has been staying for a while and definitely increased a lot since I started pulling Sumo. Today it got to a point where I had to stop squatting because I couldn’t stand it. I think I have serious issues with flexibility in my thighs, but it can also be something else. In any case, what would you recommend me to do, and what can I do to increase my flexibility in that area? Thank you in advance.
