Hi guys. Looking for advice…everytime I do chest I get extreme muscle spasms and soreness in what I believe is my humerus muscle? ( lasts about one day )Its the area right above my arm pit that’s directly connected to my chest… I’ve never had this problem before it has come on suddenly the past few months so I dont think it’s my training technique. Please any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
Sounds like your pec tendon.
Give it some rest.
Warm it up slower.
Do higher reps for a workout or two.
Change the angle a little --> )a slight incline instead of flat bench.)
Or do all of the above.
