I recently recieved some gear and it was sent in 3 seperate packages, the first 2 showed up at the same time and one of them had a sheet of paper stapled to it. This paper is the U.S. customs form “cn 22”. I never recieved the third package. Does this mean that it got siezed? any help with this is greatly appreciated, ive tried googling all this and cant find anything helpful.

wow, ya i was more absorbed in finding out if anyone else had gotten that form like i did without just simplifying and finding the definition.
But just to clarify, from what i read it looks like my source was the one that actually put that form on the package not customs, correct?
