hey phatman, i tried your recipe for the protein bars last night. while they tasted pretty good, they came out like a sponge, literally. do you have any tips on how i can improve the consistency of these things?
I’m thinkin’ maybe a little Portland Cement blended in thoroughly ought to do the trick!
That happened to me when I whipped the PB in with the protein. It fluffed the whole thing up and made it kind of hard to eat with your hand. (stil tasted good to me) Since then I now just fold it in with a spatula and squish it down before I pour on the Chocolate.
