I traded in the Meltdown training for OVT during my cutting phase. I changed my mind after Christian stated that he gained muscle while doing this on a cutting phase. It’s only been a few days, but I am pretty good and sore right now and would strongly recommend this to somebody looking for something different to do. I like it because it is also good for increasing your strength and not just size, which is a problem with some other programs.
