Hey everyone,

I will soon begin a 10 week bulking program and i plan to use a combination of OVT and ABBH. Depending on fat gains i may be able to extend it for an extra 2weeks of weeks.

Diet wise everything is in place so no problem there. i just wanted to get some feedback on cycling the routines

I have made a couple of possible combinations below.

Anyody else have any thoughts??

OVT 3 weeks
ABBH 3 weeks
OVT 2 weeks
ABBH 2 weeks


ABBH 3 weeks
OVT 4 weeks
ABBH 3 weeks


I’d go with
OVT 4 weeks
ABBH 3 weeks as per article outline
ABBH 2nd phase 3 weeks (swapping exercises around)
