Anyone here do both of them, and get better results with one than the other?
Sorry man right in the middle of the Mutation Series…have yet to try OVT…Doesnt help much, but if you have any questions or want feedback on the Mutation I would be happy to help.
I’ve tried both (just finished second week of mutation) and i’d say mutation is better, assuming you’re talking about the first mass phase. I tweeked it a little to include two complete bicep and shoulder days because they really need some work, but overall its a good program. I really don’t like once-a-week muscle group training though.
