I just began your OVT training program. I have a few questions:
- Can I substitute the pulldowns on day 1 with an iso lateral rowing machine?
- Can I do HIIT/complexes on off days? I was thinking of doing some sprints and a few bb complexes 1 or 2X per week (on days off from lifting)
- Should I train abs every day I lift? You say in one part that abs should be worked after every weight session, but then later say that abs should only be worked on leg day.?
- Do you still recommend this method, or would you instead suggest your new method?
