I just began your OVT training program. I have a few questions:
1) Can I substitute the pulldowns on day 1 with an iso lateral rowing machine?
2) Can I do HIIT/complexes on off days? I was thinking of doing some sprints and a few bb complexes 1 or 2X per week (on days off from lifting)
3) Should I train abs every day I lift? You say in one part that abs should be worked after every weight session, but then later say that abs should only be worked on leg day.?
4) Do you still recommend this method, or would you instead suggest your new method?
