CT, I had a question about the optimized volume trainning program that you did a while ago. I have used this program in the past and it has worked great for me. The question I have is this. Can I trade out exercises from week to week or should I stick with the exercises that you have suggested?
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing…Also, what do you mean by 201/ 602 for the tempo? Also, can I add sprints and some steady state cardio along with a cutting diet and use this plan post V Diet to help me burn off any excess fat and put on a little size? This program looks simple, great and effective.
The tempo means 2sec down and 1 sec up. and 6 sec down and 2 seconds up.
