OVT Results?

I have been making decent strength gains while on West Side traiing the last couple months but have been makeing very litte lean mass gains.

My diet has been good the last 2-3 months since following Berardi’s Precision Nutrition, so I do not think my diet is the problem.

I am thinking about switching it up to a more body building style training over the fall/winter. Than cutting in the spring and eventually returning to power lifting and competing at a lean 165 pounds. (5’5")

I have been looking over OVT. I like the way it is set up, I always like super sets. Any one here make decent size gains on OVT? I have read posts where people have gained muslce and lost bodyfat. That would be awesome.

Any other suggestions?
