OVT or EDT ?

Im going to try a two week cycle of Mag-10 (X-mas gift from pop) and I was just looking for a little input as to what would be a better program for packing some muscle on, OVT or EDT. Keep in mind I’m a collegiate athlete (albeit a red-shirted one) and strength is important.

Although EDT is a good program, I’d suggest OVT because a) strength is important for you and b) it places greater emphasis on the eccentric component of movements (there are specific tempo prescriptions).

What a cool Xmas gift!! My parents are still anti-me taking bodybuilding supplements.
