My unit and I just relocated to a paradise out in Kuwait. OMG its gorgeous out here. Getting that outta the way. Theres a Freakin Gorcery store out here and we have access to all the types of foods. (Cons-No proper cooking area, but we're jarheads so we made it happen)
OVT!!! We just started the OVT program and man, that Program is killer. For chest I started off with 315lbs 55lbs for flys. On my fith set I ended up with 135lbs on the flat bench and 35lbs flys. That program is NO joke. But im loving it and gonna push through 16 weeks of it.
