Overwhelmed with HP Mass Info

I really like this concept and I mean CT looks really strong and athletic and that’s what I’m going for. I don’t go to a gym, I have a smith machine at home with plates and dumbbells to work with. I really want to try this but, umm, sorry for my ignorance it just seems really difficult, theres ‘A LOT’ of information. Is there a example breakdown sheet for the week so I can see how to get started? Thank you
