Overwhelmed by all the Info... Need Help!

Been doing it the past 5 or 6 years. Mostly bodyweight squats and barbell with 95lbs. Although I work up to heavy singles when I feel good.
Working a bodypart once a week is such a terrible plan imo. And if you enjoy training, I don’t see why you wouldn’t train more.

And like I said… hit 20** solid** pull ups, 50 perfect push ups, and hit depth with 1.5bw squat and look in the mirror.

It really is that simple.

In essence, stop trying to look strong without actually being strong.
