I’m after a bit of advice from any T-Bro’s out there.
I am considering this upper body routine:
Superset of Flyes & Military Press 4 times, each excercise 10 reps to failure.
3x10 Bench Press all sets to failure.
2 sets to failure Wide Grip Chins.
Superset Bent Over Rows & Side Lateral Raises 4 times, each excercise 10 reps to failure.
Superset Barbell Curls & Skull Cruchers 5 times , each excercise 15 reps to failure.
