Stupid, I know but I went to the gym on my 2 off days and concentrated strictly on chest and arms. Now that Im back to regular days, my trainers got me hitting chest and arms only the second day since I hit them hard for two days. Should I not do the chest work out and substitute something else to avoid over training?

So go about it anyways so I stick with my routine. Im in Iraq so I use an online trainer. Just want to make sure im not making backwards progress.
You can’t worry about overtraining because of a couple of workouts. You need to hit a muscle for WEEKS with little rest before you worry about overtraining.
