Overtight Pec Minor

I have been suffering shoulder pain for over a year now. Just recently I found several knots in my right pec. I have begun trying to work on the pec minor with a ball, rolling it out. I have also added some stretches.

Anyone ever done time with a tightened pec minor that can offer some advice? I have been researching exercises and stretches. I am curious what others have done, and how often it is recommended to do them.

Sounds like you’ve got the right idea. Consider some extra back exercise to help balance the shoulders/pecs out as well or you’re likely to end up in the same predicament.
