What exactly is your training history?

How much weight are you lifting with the OHP?

My OHP is still not awesome, but I’ve gone from pressing my 3 rep max for multiple sets of 8+ in the past few months. The thing that has helped the most is higher frequency overhead pressing and cutting back on flat benching.

If you can’t yet do dips without assistance maybe trying a basic 5x5 beginner routine would be most beneficial. Use a couple lifts and execute them properly. You will progress in no time
