Overhead Carry Shoulder Pain

Hi coach I have been doing the overhead carry for two workouts now. After each workout the day after I gave shoulder pain when lifting my arms. Any tips on how to do the excercise without this happening I really like this new carry. Thanks for all your help.

What grip width are you using?

I’ve tried both wide grip and my normal overhead press width
