Some of you may know that I recently started back in the Gym in the beginning of August. Having not lifting in 6 years or so, it was a struggle at first. But heres where Im at.
Finally broke 300 again on my squat
Able to work with 75 Lb DB for presses.
Broke 200 on upright BB row.
Im not where I was, but im making progress. However, I want to thank you all for stressing diet when I first came back to the gym. Without the diet down, I wouldn’t be where Im at now!
