Over 60 & Still At It

Have asked this prior and hope you have time now. I purchased the warrior program for over 40 weight trainers. Thoughts for those over 60. Modifications and such?

It’s not just an age thing. I’ve trained several 55-65 years old who were fitter and could train harder than many in their 40s.

So I can’t give you random adjustments based only on your age.

A better way to do things would be to try to program and if problems arise from a recovery, pain or else standpoint, ask me about it here, describing the specific issue so that I can make recommendations.
