As a big fan of your writing, I have a wish. Is it possible that you can adress a book or a article about over 50 training? From beginning to more advanced Old warhorses.
Well I’m not 50 yet. LOL! I think more than that you have to start really prioritizing things like your sleep, nutrition, looking at deficiencies in vitamins and minerals, reducing inflammation, gut health, etc.
