Over 40 Transformation

i had always lifted and was very active… but as i neared 40 i slowly let my self slide… until i was so far off the track i wasn’t sure i could get back…lol… i started back lifting and trying to eat clean. lost some weight but still not at my goal… added in intermittent fasting and got closer to my goal… then started tracking macros and am very close to my goal.

currently 49 years old… the final after pic here i was 48transformation-over-40-8-YEARS-PLUS-SQUARE
