Are there any Olympic weightlifters in the over 35 forum?
I’m running into an ugly cycle that I can’t break. When I snatch/clean&jerk with frequency and intensity, my technique gets pretty efficient and lifts are decent but strength is limiting factor.
When I spin more time on heavy squatting and strength work, my lower back recovers so slow that I struggle to make the same weights I was with less power.
Has anyone found a good balance of volume in Olympic weightlifting for masters/over 35 lifters?
