Hey everybody… Im trying to find a new training program that would fit my needs. Im a soccer goalkeeper so I need to keep that in mind when Im choosing my program. Im 6’4", a little wirey (208lbs), so I’d like to add some mass. Ive been lifting religiously since last soccer season and have gotten stronger and a little bigger. Ive looked through every program that I could find and thought that Chad Waterburys “Outlaw Strength and Conditioning program” looked like a pretty good choice. Have any of you been using this program? If not do you guys think this would be a good program for me? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
