I would love to find more of this old time strongman tricks. Especially the two man acrobatics. Keep us updated as you guys find more.

Have you checked out Sandows site?

He was like the Arnie of his day, he used to do shows to packed theatres and the women adored him. He had like popstar adulation and celeb status and people used to collect his signed postcards.

Its amazing to see their physiques when you think that they didn’t have half the knowlede we have today…makes you think!
