Hi I have a question for the 4 workouts per week plan:
The charts outline the days "Day 1", "Day 2", "Day 3", "Day 4". Does this mean that you actually have to do all the four days of the week in a row. Or does it just mean that I have to get these four workouts in on the days that fits me the best.
I'd like to have someone who has experience with the program, answer the question.
