OT and Var


Ok, I got to talking with this guy. The subject of gear came up he went on and on about running OT and Var for 7 weeks. Claiming that he put on 15lbs of muscel and dropped 2%in boddy fat. I have not yet tried either one of these yet. This is what he said he ran

So what do you guys think his he full of Sh** or could he be telling the truth?

Definitely possible, but it also depends on how much muscle he had before the cycle.
