oscillating wave training

I was browsing through some past issues and re-read TC’s “Little Black Book of Training Principles” and I was intrigued by the Oscillating Wave Program, whereas you vary your rep, set, and tempo schemes every workout and cycle them through each muscle group. Anyone had any success with this form of training? I have been playing around with HST this week and I dont know if I am sold on it. And Joel…if you read this (which I am sure you will)…I havnt forgotten about ya…(wink). Like you say…low volume, HITT with sound diet=ripped! Totally agree. With oscillating, it seems you get the best of everything…low volume training (strength), mid volume, and high volume (hypertrophy). Thanks…Tony G
