For those of you that have done TC’s oscillating wave program, how did you decide on the volume. There is an 15-20 rep day, a 8-12 rep day and a 3-6 rep day with about 3 exercises per bodypart. I know that you need less sets for the 15-20 and more for the 3-6 to achieve a training effect. So would 2 sets/movement for endurance, 3 sets/movement for hypertrophy phase and 4 sets/movement for neural phase be about right? that ranges from 6 to 12 sets per bodypart (except shoulders and calves which are 4 to 8 sets) with sets not done to failure. Can anyone offer some quick advice please? Thanks!
