OS&C--Hanging Pikes

Anyone else on this program (outlaw strength and conditioning)? I’m only one week into it, but it is a cool and dramatic mix up following a couple of years of Ian King style workouts. I thought the hanging pikes were primarily an ab exercise but the place I really feel them is in the front delts, and they burn Baby! Am I doing this wrong or is this where I should feel it with correct execution?

Those hanging pikes are a terrific exercise when done properly. You should not be feeling anything in your anterior delt. region. Are your palms facing forward with a med. to wide grip position? That might be the difference for you.
Persist until you get it right and enjoy the results!
